Acceptance of terms

By using My Kids Study, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

Personal, non-commercial use

My Kids Study is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a parent or guardian to track your children's school life. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the app for any commercial purpose.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use My Kids Study.

Subscription and trial

• Free trial: every new family gets everything unlocked free for 30 days.
• Premium: ₹99/month or ₹599/year, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Cancellation: you can cancel anytime through the store where you subscribed. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
• After the trial: nothing is deleted. Extra kids become read-only until you upgrade.

Referrals

Referral months are promotional and non-transferable. They apply to your account only and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred to another family.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you add. You can delete your data at any time.

No warranty

My Kids Study is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will note the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
